IP People.
Specialist talent, leadership and market intelligence for the technology services ecosystem, rebuilt on ip-people.co.uk to match the boutique advisory business they had grown into.
IP People had a site that no longer matched the business behind it. It looked dated next to the technology firms they were pitching to, and it gave very little away: no sense of the specialisms they actually recruit into, no route from a client problem to a service, and nothing structured for search. Anyone landing on it could not tell that this was a senior, boutique team working across managed services, cyber, cloud and connectivity.
We kept what was working. The name, logo and core positioning stayed, and we designed around them rather than over them. What changed was the presentation and the structure. A dark editorial layout, a video hero and evidence placed beside the claim it supports rather than parked in one testimonial gallery. Underneath that, the architecture was rebuilt on two axes so every route has a page of its own: four service lines (recruitment and headhunting, talent advisory and capability, talent intelligence, flexible talent) and eight specialisms, from managed services and cyber through to data, AI and infrastructure. Each one carries its own headings, coverage terms and internal links, so the site has something to rank for on the searches clients and candidates are really typing. Jobs, CV submission and an insights hub for salary guides and market intelligence went in from the start, with future sections held as coming soon so the site can grow without another redesign.
IP People is live on ip-people.co.uk, presenting at the level of the businesses it sells into, with room for every specialism, insight and piece of proof they add next. Hosted and cared for by UF Labs.
